Nickel paste is used in a wide range of legal systems, such as automobiles and boilers.
Typical automotive applications are EGR coolers for diesel (exhaust gas recirculation) and gasoline engines, catalytic converters and fuel rails.
Brazed plate heat exchangers, heaters and boilers are common industrial applications.
Nickel paste is very suitable for brazing stainless steel as well as Ni and Co based alloys.
It is used through application techniques such as spraying, roller coating, screen printing, and spraying by preparing a paste with optimal properties for each powder selection and content.
In the past, most of the brazing work was done with a vacuum furnace, but due to the low productivity, now more and more companies are using gas atmosphere continuous furnaces to increase productivity.
